Sarah and Mels classes are excellent, their prompts and reminders for body positions, is as if they are watching you. The choices of classes is great, I’ll often do two of the shorter classes one after the other. The motivation starts as soon as you get on your mat and tune in. So lucky to have such experienced and delightful instructors.
My physical strength and tone increased noticeably, I still use the online classes as a add on to my weekly personal class with Sarah.
I am returning to New Zealand but will be counting on the online class to get me through my 14 days quarantine in NZ.
Will so miss my class with Sarah but will definitely keep with the Pure Pilates classes online in NZ.

Sarah has a real passion for sharing the difference Pilates can make. Demonstrating and guiding you with each exercise (one on one) to ensure each exercise is carried out correctly to gain maximum benefit. Whilst making sure it’s enjoyable too.
